Can it really be true? Check out these pics of a group of yankee lifeguards in speedos – how wonderful is this!!!  Looking closely at the registration plate on the truck it looks like it is California.  Has anyone ever seen Californian lifeguard in black speedos?

These days even Aussie lifeguards aren’t.  Looks like this guy is more of a clubbie (member of the Bondi Life Saving Club and competes in beach sporting events.

This morning I went for a bit of an explore here on Queensland’s Gold Coast this morning and I am impressed with the number of guys I saw speedo’ing it up.

I walked down to the Southport Surf Club for a walk along the beach and I was greeted by this gorgeous early 20’s guy in a maroon speedo showering after he had been for a swim.  My walk along the beach to where the weekend car race was (do they still race Indy Cars or is it just V8’s these days?).  There wasn’t too many people swimming but the ones I did were older guys, all wearing speedos!!!

The surf was pretty crap (on shore wind) but I stripped down to my red speedos for a dip and then rinsed off in the shower that the gorgeous guy did.  There were a few people around but nobody cared.

Getting back to the unit I thought I should get some laps in, there is a new and impressive swimming complex on the broadwater so I grabbed one of the old mountain bikes in the garage.  Before I got to the pool I saw an enclosed swimming area which I had completely forgotten about.  That sounded much better than swimming at the pool so I stopped there.

I swam for half an hour or so which was fantastic and there is a bit of a floating deck in the middle so I sat up on there and in the 10 minutes I was sitting there (in my red speedo of course) I saw two hot guys (not together) rock up and strip down to speedos (one was wearing what looked like surf club speedos).

It really was awesome to see so many guys wearing speedos – well done and congratulations Queensland!!!

It was with a girl I knew from the Surf Life Saving Club and since Tyler is still a member of the local Surf Life Saving Club I suppose that is what made me think of it.

I was 18yo when I lost my str8 virginity, a year or so after I lost my gay virginity although it was only oral.  I didn’t have gay penetration sex until my early 20’s and it took a while for me to really like being fucked but now I love it!!!

Did anyone have a great loosing their virginity experience or are they all just awkward?

When I was growing up I was a nipper at the Broadbeach SLSC (Surf Life Saving Club).

Everyone wore speedos back then, I’m not sure if it was compulsory or it was just the done thing. The speedos when I was a nipper were black with white panels on the sides. I was just surfing around the other day and found a picture of their new swimsuit designs.

I would love to have a pair of these, if anyone knows how to get a hold of them I would be absolutely over the moon!!!

Last night I received an email from a blog fan who still has his gay virginity.  I would never share his real name unless he wanted me to, which he doesn’t, so I’ll call him Tyler.

Tyler lives up here and knows some of my friends. I think he knows Alex but doesn’t ‘know’ who or which of the guys is Alex.

A little hung over today after going to the pub last night, but not too bad.

Went for a surf this morning which cleared my head.  It is crazy how quiet the beach is this time of year.  In summer there is so many people about with life guards, the surf club folks training and having comps.  The surf club people are referred to as clubbies and it is funny how they don’t like the surfers and the surfers don’t like them.  All my local buddies are surfers and weren’t clubbies but I was a clubby growing up.

I think I’m off for a nap and then I’m heading over to some mates for a BBQ.
