Holy cow it has been 6 days, nearly 7 since I last posted.

I had to head up to Queensland last Monday for a death in the family.  Old uncle who made it to 98 which is a pretty good innings.  For some reason I got roped into helping out with some of the funeral arrangements and then I was involved in the estate, no money, I just was executor which was completely random.  So after jumping on a flight last Monday, I just walked in the door here and it is after 8pm on Saturday night.

As you can imagine I have a tonne of work to catch up on AND I’m super horny – which isn’t always a bad combination.

I thought that I might have been able to catch up with an old fuck buddy but things were just too hectic and I couldn’t get away from all the family.  So…. it is supposed to get up to 31C on Monday and I’m headed up to Birdie Beach to get fucked in the sun.  Alex said he’ll take the afternoon off to ‘help’ me out, yes his boyfriend will be joining us and anyone else who wants to come along is more than welcome.

Between now and then, I am going to be a super duper computer nerd and work my tail off.

I better get to it.  Actually before I do, I’m not out to any of my family at ALL, which is probably why I like to live a 10 hour drive from any of them.  I don’t think anyone would really care but I don’t need to deal with it so I’m not going to, I can write more about that another time.

Anyway, I thought it was hilarious when at lunch on the Queen Street Mall one day an uncle of mine (who is like 60yo) checked out this chick and said “I’d eat ice cream out of her arse, and come back for seconds with extra arse.”

Hahaha – I’ve had another friend of mine say this before and I think I mentioned it in a blog post, but it didn’t have him coming back for 2nds of arse.

Did you guys watch much of the Olympics?  I really didn’t, there are so many boring sports and even though I love speedos…. most of the swimming these days involve jammers and swimming isn’t the greatest sport to watch.

I heard that the gorgeous Tom Daley won a few things which is great, obviously I am a long time fan of his.

Finally I got together a bunch of photos of him doing some tandem diving…. do you think these guys fucked after their win?  What I’d do to be in the middle of that!!!

I was just thinking about Alex dropping around last Friday….. I always wonder what we’d look like on film.

You guys know I’m not completely out to all of my family and friends so pics like this probably aren’t going to appear online anytime soon.  Alex is completely in the closet and not ‘out’ to anyone.

I remember growing up, my Dad telling me that the hardest thing in the world…. is keeping a secret.  He also told me not many people could do it.

There are a few people who know about my sexuality in its complete and sometimes complexity.  When it comes to business and these sites, there are even fewer people who really know about everything – I could count them on the fingers of one hand (not including the thumb).  I really value the confidence I have in these people.

You guys know I’d really love to show off some footage of Alex and I doing some naughty things in our speedos, it just isn’t happening.  Alex has given me his trust.  Alex knew all about this blog and had been a member of SwimmerBoyz.com before he told me his ‘secret’.  I hold that trust that he has given me dearly and it isn’t something I would ever break.

This has been something I’ve been aware of since I started SwimmerBoyz.com, I keep the information of members that join very close to heart   When it comes to Alex, I definitely keep his stuff close to heart so despite how many emails I get asking for pics of Alex and me fucking in speedos….. probably ain’t gunna happen.

I have no idea who Steve Grand is, I can honestly say I’ve never heard of it him BUT I have seen this photo of him before……

Someone posted a bunch of photos of him over on the SpeedoForum.org and I looked him up.  Turns out he is a singer and is out and proud.

Here is a question for you guys, do you think a public gay figure embracing speedos is a good thing or a bad thing?  Does this make them more gay and worn less by everyone?

I’m not sure how I feel on this.

I do know that Steve Grand looks awesome in his speedos!!!!

Most of the time Kip and I live in ‘str8’ places.  Here on the Northern NSW Coast there aren’t many out gay guys and all of my local mates are str8 (that might even include Alex – hehe).

Kip has the same thing in Colorado where he is surrounded by str8 guys and he is more ‘out’ than I am but he is still discrete about it to new people he meets up in the mountains.

Our few days in Sydney were definitely not like normal.

We got out ‘gay’ on.

We stayed at a really nice hotel near Hyde Park and I have a gay friend who lives overlooking the park as well.  He really looked after us and we had a blast – I don’t think we met a str8 person in 3 days.

Gay bars, lots of gay guys and lots and lots of gay sex.

Kip had an absolute blast.

Saying that though, both of us were kind of over it after 3 days.  The gay ‘scene’ was fun but I don’t think it is something I want to be a part of 365 days a year.  At times it was like we were hanging around a bunch of girls.  Perhaps it is because Kip and I are both kind of bloke’y blokes.  We love being out doors, don’t mind getting dirty, neither of us spend enough time doing our hair.

It was really, really interesting, we had a blast and thanks to all the guys for all the fun.

This morning I woke up nice and early to a gorgeous day.  Not a cloud in the sky, a little cool and not a breath of wind.

I hadn’t made any plans for the day but there was no way I could spend the day inside so I jumped in the car and headed down to Glenorchy where there are a bunch of hiking tracks (they call it ‘tramping’ in NZ).  In the end I decided to shoot up the Routeburn Track (one of the ‘Great Walks’).  I had been up there years and years ago and I was keen to see how far up I could get.

Surprisingly there was a little bit of snow up high which stopped me in my tracks but I had a great 7hr walk, there wasn’t many people about and I think I even got a little burnt.
