It is just about time to walk down to the pool to do some laps.  I was up this morning at 6am and it is just about midday, it has taken me this long to get back on top of things after a big weekend down in Brisbane.

Nothing naughty to report, just catching up with friends and even went to a footy match.

But, whenever I am away from the ‘office’ for that long it takes me ages to get back on top of things.  Then there is three loads of washing as well.

Funny thing is, my line looks a little bit like the guy hanging out his speedo laundry pictured below.

What stuff I have on the cards for you guys this week:

1. Finish writing 3 of my naughty speedo experiences.
2. New Movie of the Week (it is really hot, I think you guys will like it)
3. Plan next weekend with Rachel and Taz
4. Update side links on this blog
5. Order a new laptop (mine died on the weekend)

Instead of doing chores, I’d like to be having an adult beverage in the park with these speedo boys….. it looks like San Fran to me, anyone know where it is?

I’ve spent a little bit of time in San Francisco and I love the place – there is a lot of weirdos but if you can’t be comfortable in your own skin in San Fran I don’t think there is anywhere else in the world you can be.

I have some old friends who live in Lower Haight which 2 blocks from the Castro (which is the gayest neighbourhood in the gayest city on the planet).  It is a fun place because unlike the waterfront there aren’t many tourists.  As for the nightlife, if you can find gay sex in the Castro…. then you aren’t in the Castro.

Here is a post that was on the forum (www.SpeedoForum.org) recently which I thought was interesting.  I’ve never been in San Fran when it was warm enough to get down to this beach but it definitely sounds like fun.  The guy who submitted this is OznSpeedoBoy – a 20-something year old asian boy who loves speedos.

Recently drove down from North Bay to Marshall’s Beach in San Francisco for the first time during a heat wave (100+ degrees fahrenheit!)… and ran into a plethora of men in speedos and exhibitionist swimwear… with loads of these men partaking in public action!

Marshall’s Beach is located at the base of the Golden Gate bridge and is known as the beach where all the gay men (and nudists) flock to during the rare hot days. To get to where most of the speedo-wearers are, one has to walk past a small batch of rocks. Once there… speedo heaven!

The beach was packed, with loads of men in speedos sunbathing and generally partying at the beach. After walking past what seems to be a 100 (or 200!) speedo-clad men, I start to reach the nudist section of the beach. As it was my first time here, curiosity got the best of me and told me to walk to the very end of the beach past these giant rocks–where I found myself in the middle of hordes of men doing the dirty! As hot as that was (literally and figuratively), I definitely felt out of place as I was still dressed in my track singlet and basketball shorts, so I left the area and began to search for a place to claim in the sands of the nudist area.

After 10 or so minutes, finally got a spot to myself–laid down my beach blanket and stripped my clothes to reveal my 1-inch sided red swim brief. Perfect for getting my speedo tan on! Got my tanning oil out and slathered my body with it and got to tanning! The plus side: got to enjoy the view of loads of men just enjoying the weather (or each other) while in speedos and their birthday suits! Even got approached by a few handsome speedo-clad fellows complimenting my suit, and later, inviting me to hang out alongside them and their speedos!

Definitely one of the hottest moments of the summer! Would love to hear if anyone else has similar stories at the beach (speedo friendly, nudist, etc) to share? 

When I was in high school I was pretty much expected to play rugby union and I was horrible.  I think I made the D team and one week they had an E team and I was dropped down to play for them – hehehe.

I’ve mentioned before that there isn’t a whole lot of nudity in Australia and playing rugby there was no group showers or anything like that which seems to be the norm in the US.  I find this funny since US guys are so anti-speedo but are happy to nude it up in the showers with a bunch of guys.  I definitely saw that in Colorado when at the pool, guys would be in the change rooms naked but I didn’t see a single speedo in the pool.

I haven’t mentioned Kip much since I left Colorado but don’t worry, we still talk pretty much every day online.  I hear the US East coast is still bitching about the winter (darn global warming) but I’m sure spring will be here soon enough.

Last weekend some of my mates here were talking about organizing a ski trip down to Perisher or Thedbo in August which would be awesome.  I haven’t snowboarded in Aussie since I was a kid and it would be great to get back down there and check it out again.

Kip is roughly planning on heading down under in late April and I might duck over to the US in early June for a friends 30th birthday in San Francisco.  Everything still up in the air but I really can’t wait for Kip to come down, he has never been to Australia and hopefully he’ll stay for a couple of months, and he’ll get along with my mates here as well.

I can’t believe how nice the weather has been here in Colorado over the last few days.

As I was deciding to stay here for the summer I was concerned that I wouldn’t have enough to do.  People rave about the summer here but growing up on the Gold Coast my definition of summer is different.

I’d go a week without wearing shoes and days without wearing a shirt.  I never owned a wetsuit growing up but would swim in the ocean any day of the year.

Colorado summer isn’t that kind of summer but so far I really have been busy as all hell which is great.  The long days are really nice, it was getting light at 5:30am this morning and it is still kinda light at 9pm.

So far I’m enjoying it more than last summer which I spent in San Francisco.  Today Kip and I are going to go for a hike to this alpine lake.  There aren’t too many people around so we’ll get in some speedo tanline improvement and maybe some outdoor sex as well – hehehehe.

This morning the Texan Brunette, Kip and myself were all walking around the house wearing speedos and a bikini.  It was fun to have that much flesh all over the house.  There is only a few more weeks of the ‘official’ snowboarding season here and I’m still not quite sure what I’m going to do for summer.  One thing I am sure about though is that I need a summer and won’t return to Aussie for their winter.  As usual I’m open to any ideas guys – I’ve got friends in San Fran which I could do although it isn’t a ‘real’ summer in my mind but maybe Kip and I could just spend a little time down in Mexico and break up mud season.
