Surfing in Speedos

9 comments Posted by

I’m not sure why but I’m up nice and early, strange for a Sunday.  The boys are coming over at about 7am for a surf.  Looking a little overcast so might be wetsuit weather again.

I really think it is a shame that I can’t go surfing in a speedo.  I think I’d wear my Turbo speedos (like the guy in the header image) since they are a more heavy duty material.

These guys don’t mind surfing in their speedos.

The thing that annoys me about nto being able to surf in speedos is that the surf life saving guys can.  Even the surf boy guys, who are normally pretty masculine guys, they always wear speedos.

AussieBum Blue Speedo Model

This is the third post I’ve written about this guy.

I’ve got a feeling that you guys aren’t too upset about that though.

This guy is amazing – his body, the speedos and those pouty lips of his.

This photo was posted on the Swimmer Sexuality forum (you should check it out – it is free and there are some great guys who love speedos over there). www.SwimmerSexuality.com

Below this photos is the others that I’ve found of this cute speedo boy.

And here is another guy wearing blue AussieBums – jeez I’m nice to you guys.  Which guy would you prefer?

Beach time?

The last couple of weeks have been amazing here in Queenstown.  Blue sky, no wind and today is supposed to get to 24C (about 80F ) even though it did get to -2C overnight (28F).

Yesterday I went for a hike walk around the lake and there were boats out on the lake and even some folks water skiing.  At the end of my walk I was hot and would have loved a swim but the water is super super cold!!!  I’m told it is like that all summer as well – even in the middle of summer people will water ski in a dry suit.

Now that the mountain has closed I think I should move on.

The obvious choice is the north coast of Sydney, where I was before I came over here.  I have a great bunch of friends there, the beach is fantastic, it isn’t too expensive to rent within walking distance of the beach (or maybe even on the beach).  But I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions?

I hear South America is much more speedo friendly or maybe even somewhere in the Carribean.  I’m pretty open to suggestions as long as it has a decent internet connection and the more speedo friendly the better.  If there is a surf break that is nice but not the be all and end all.

Morning Surf

2 comments Posted by

I’m up early, having a coffee in bed with my laptop on my lap (funny that).

I was keen to knuckle down and do some work this morning but I just got a txt from one of my mates who lives about 10 houses up saying he is keen for a surf.  It is cold, overcast and it might even thunderstorm before lunch but I might as well get out.  The water lately has been feeling warmer than the airtemp but I’m not sure how much longer I”m going to get away without a wet suit.

I’ll post again later this arvo.

A fresh start

One of the things I have enjoyed about my recent nomadic existence has been that every 6 months or so I got to start fresh. I’d normally sit down and think about the stuff I wanted to change, the bad habits I want to break and the opportunities I want to have a crack at.

I’m not sure about you guys but once I get into a bad routine I find it hard to break – be it sleeping in, drinking/partying too much, not eating right, not exercicing enuf or not working hard enuf.

This move to the beach is a little different for me as I think I might be here for a long period of time and I want to get myself into a good routine.

Here are a few things that I have done during my first couple of days which I want to continue….

  • Get up early – no sleeping in until midday.
  • Eat less – I reckon I can loose 10kgs before Xmas easy.
  • Party and drink a little less.
  • Long list of work projects which I want to get stuck into.

I think those 4 things are all tied into each other.  The last couple of days I’ve been getting up early and walking along the beach to the local bakery and having a proper breakfast, then I’m not hungry during the day, I’m getting a stack of work done before midday and after a few drinks after dinner I’m ready for bed.  Seems like a self perpetuating cycle.  If I can keep it up I’ll be much more productive and seductive in my speedos.

Speaking of new starts – do you guys like the new header image?  Here is another pic of that guy.
