Two questions:
How do the sizes run? In other words, is a large 34″-36″, or is it a “European” large, which is often smaller than that?
And, is there any way to get these without doing PayPal? Long story, but I can’t use that service currently.
As you’re in the U.S. at the moment, and may be heading through my neighborhood (the Seattle area), perhaps other arrangements could be made…?

The sizes are Australian sizes – I’m not 100% sure how compares to Euro’s. I find they are a similar fit to AussieBums although these are lycra.
