Well today I finally got to get back in the pool and do some laps.
The feeling of walking around a big space with a few people about in speedos is such a great feeling. And of the guys that I saw lap swimming all but one was wearing speedos. Speedos live on in New Zealand!!!
I am a little sore though in the arms but that is too be expected. Now I just need a swimming buddy who can take me home and rub me down.
