I have one pair of CockSox and they are a weird speedo….. mine aren’t a thong, but the bum is very small and the front pouch thingy works when I’m 50% hard. Soft and it looks weird, 100% hard and it looks weird as well.

Was given a Cocksox undie recently. Agree it’s kind of weird on. It’s a poly/cotton mix which is odd too. Be a lot better in nylon so it would stretch a bit and hold a guy’s goodies better. Sits very low on the hips. Narrow at back and helps to be semi-hard at front, for effect!
