To speedo, or not to speedo: that is the question.
Today is pretty grey and miserable (for those London or Seattle readers – perhaps today is kinda nice) so I’m not catching up with Laura but tomorrow I will.
I’m going to meet her in town for breakfast, then we’ll go snowboarding for the day and after that we’ll go to some private hottubs. I’m very excited!!!
There has been very little physical interaction between the two of us and if I’m brave enuf I’ll make a move in the hottub.
But the question still stands, to speedo or not to speedo.
In a txt message when we were organising this I joked that I’d wear my red speedos and I think I got a laugh out of Laura. She could be a good sport but it could also freak her out. What I think I’ll do is wear my red Andrew Christian speedos and take a pair of boardies if I don’t think it is going well.
Well I’m off to watch the Stanley Cup (ice hockey) at one of the Irish Pubs in town with a couple of mates but speaking of red speedos…. I’d look better in my red speedos if I had this guys body.

Wear the speedo. I plan on wearing one on a trip to Texas with my family to visit my bro and his wife this summer. Why are you shy about this all of a sudden?
I certainly won’t stop reading you if you go with something else (but if you do, I’d advocate for a squarecut rather than shorts or board shorts of any type)…
But, I think you’ve got nothing to lose by going with a speedo. If she loves it, then you’re in and it’s great. If she doesn’t, all the more reason to take it off sooner!
Speedo. It shows that guys are brave and not self-conscious and also will signal to the guy/girl you’re with what they can expect, if things get a tad more exciting. (Plus, they come off easier than a pair of bulky board shorts.)
It has to be speedo. After all, she’s probably calculating how slinky and minimal her bikini can be. And if it doesn’t work out, there will be another one along before too long. But I really hope you score, and am rooting for you in the most committed way I can think of…

Dont be silly, keep on wearing Speedos if you still love them!
I go to my local swimming pool 3 times a week and I’m only the guy in early 30’s who is wearing Speedo briefs.
All the other young guys (even with a body to die for) always wear baggy shorts but it doesn’t bother me that I’m the only one wearing Speedo briefs in the pool.
Every time I put on my Speedos, I feel great.
