That title is a little bit misleading, I think they call it ‘click bait’.
It is now just about 24hr that I have been without power, and very limited internet access. How did we ever survive without these things? I’m not that bad, but it was a little unplanned and I had a few things set to happen so I am scrambling a little bit.
Why the ‘return to the dark ages’? We had a cracker of a summer thunderstorm roll through here yesterday. Wasn’t too bad at my little unit, but downed a lot of trees. Might be another 24hrs before power is back on.
There might even be some more storms this afternoon.
Being ‘self employed’, I should make the most of my flexibility and that got me thinking. And my thinking has given me an idea for what I’ll do tomorrow. Going to keep it a surprise for the meantime, but yes, it involved speedo bondage.
I’ll get back to writing about my recent ‘doctors appointment’ while my laptop charge lasts.
