The English couple that were in town a week ago loved their Sunday Roast and yesterday I tried it on my own and it was a great success!!!
It was just 4 of us, Kip, Kip’s sister and her boyfriend and myself, but we had enuf food to feed 6 or even maybe 8 people.
I think that this is something that I’m going to try and make a tradition of.
Here is what I cooked up…..
- Roast Chicken
- Roast Pork Tenderloin
- Yorkshire Pudding
- Roast Potatoes
- Vegatable Potatoe Bake
- Roast Vegetables
- Stuffing
- Gravy

I see a half litre of gravy in one measuring cup and yet another container with–what–more gravy?
Isn’t that overdoing it, just a little?
Or is there something I’m not figuring out?

You can never have too much gravy mate.
One is chicken gravy and one is pork gravy. Yes there was a bit left over.

It’s something of which I’ve often been accused…If only it were a marketable skill, or at least something that would get me laid more often! 😉
