I forgot to tell you guys how my strip chess hookup went, well I forgot to tell you because it didn’t happen.

The guy pulled out (hehe) at the last minute due to other commitments but is still keen so maybe tomorrow afternoon we might be able to line it up.

Last night I stayed in, very very boring of me I know.  I think it is the first Friday night that I have stayed in since moving back to Aussie.

One thing I still haven’t ticked off since I’ve been back in having sex on the beach.  I’ve sure I’ve mentioned to you guys that I lost my virginity on the beach so it is something I’m keen to get back to.

Anyone want to go to Birdie Beach with me next week or a roll around in the sand?

After my post a couple of days ago regarding ‘Strip Chess’ I had a blog reader email me telling me he’d love to have a game.

The guy sounds great, I know he’ll be reading this and we are both members of the Gosford Pool so we are going to meet there for some laps later today and then if we hit it off we’ll go back to his place and play some chess.  I don’t have a chess board but maybe I should get one.

Should be fun to swim with a fellow speedo enthusiast and then get down to our speedos over a few games of strip chess…. wish me luck guys.

If he looks anything like these swimmers I might knock my king over early in the game.

Chess is kinda nerdy and although I can play chess I’m no expert.

But I do love playing ‘Strip Chess’….

What is strip chess?  Well it is just like normal chess but each of the pawns, usually the least valuable piece or which there are 8 per side, each of which are worth one piece of clothing.

I can’t remember anyone every telling me about this although I’m sure I’m not the first person to come up with the idea.  A few years ago a girl I was seeing wanted to learn to play chess and I figured this would be a bit of an incentive …. hehehe.

Turned out to be great fun with this girl but I’ve never played it with anyone else although I mentioned it to a friend once and he and his boyfriend (now husband) still play it which is awesome.

I nearly forgot, one extra part of the game is if you play multiple games, each game you loose means you start with one less piece of clothing.  It does change the dynamic of the game as now taking pawns is advantageous.

Anyone on the Central Coast got a chess board?
