We had a long weekend here and I didn’t get up to much at all.  Watched a bit of sport, had a couple of surfs with the boys and did a bit of work.

Now today is Tuesday, my room is a mess, dirty clothes basket is overflowing and I have a list an A4 rules sheet of paper long of the things I want to get done (work wise) this month.

It started well, I was up early (early for me), I’ve done three loads of washing, ticket off 3 things on my ‘to do list’ and I’m half way through cleaning the kitchen.

I’m in the middle of some new movie uploads but once they are done I’m off to the pool for some laps and then I might try and go for a run on the beach – it is a high tide this afternoon but I’ll see how I go.

One of things I did this morning was setup some new ‘Speedo Photos of the Day’ on my site SwimmerBoyz.com – this guy is amazing and just looking at him in his black speedo is inspiring me to get off my butt and do some exercise. This morning I woke up and I am sore everywhere!!! My arms, my legs, all the muscles on my sides and my butt is sore as well.

Yesterday I went snowmobiling with Kip’s sisters boyfriend up at Vail Pass.  I’ve been up there a couple of times before but this is the first time I’ve been up there on my own and not having to share a sled.  I can’t believe the amount of terrain that we covered in 4hrs.

When I got home I felt good and went for a run for an hour, then Kip fucked my brains out last night.  I didn’t feel sore at all from the run or the snowmobiling but right now I can barely lift my arms above my shoulders.  Who ever thought sitting on a snowmobile was exercise.

It was a beautiful day and here are some photos – I did strap my board to my back but only really had one run.
