The weekend just gone was pretty crazy.
Friday afternoon I hooked up with a guy in the afternoon (I wanna talk about that a lot more with you guys which I”ll probably do tomorrow) then had drinks and a light dinner at my Aussie friends place in the city – they are the ones with the new born baby and it really is a pain in the butt. Baby people.
Saturday morning I got up early and went for a ride over to Cavillo Point where I had their awesome bacon burger for lunch. Then Saturday even began…..
Some guys I now know in town came around to my place for some drinks and then we headed out to dinner at this really great restaurant which was super busy (it was called Napa or something like that) and then we hit some bars. It has been two weekends since I got back from my trip to Sydney and the people out here (mainly the girls) are much more approachable and talkative compared to the girls at say the Terrigal Pub.
Maybe it is the Aussie accent, maybe it is the older drinking age here in the US – I’d be interested to hear what you guys think.
I talked to a bunch of people and gave my number to two girls so we’ll see if I can line up a dinner date later in the week. At the end of the night we ended up back at one of the guys places drinking some Port and I fell asleep on the couch and woke up feeling a little seedy.
Then I had to do the walk of shame the 10 blocks or so back to my place. Didn’t get a whole lot done yesterday as you can imagine.
I’ve got a bunch of work I have to get stuck into today so I’m going to leave it there. I’ll post tomorrow about my Friday afternoon hookup with a married guy tomorrow. In the meantime, here is some speedo eye candy.
