I love having friends over but now I’m looking forward to having the house back to myself.  2 more sleeps and then I can get back to normal – whoohoooo!!!

I’m starting to miss my routine, swimming, walking around the house in speedos and I haven’t even had a sniff of a root.  Looking forward to getting back to some exercise as well.

Well – enjoy these speedo guys.

Speedo Six Pack

 Part of my exercise routine these days is getting as many sit ups as I can in a day.  I only started when I came back to New Zealand and I think the first day I did like 25 just before I went to bed.  For the next 3 days I couldn’t believe how sore I was.  Now I’m doing about 125 a day (not at once).

And my goal is to look like these guys.  I love the blond guy in the last foto.  Very tastey and a nice six pack.

New day, new photo of the day

We had a long weekend here and I didn’t get up to much at all.  Watched a bit of sport, had a couple of surfs with the boys and did a bit of work.

Now today is Tuesday, my room is a mess, dirty clothes basket is overflowing and I have a list an A4 rules sheet of paper long of the things I want to get done (work wise) this month.

It started well, I was up early (early for me), I’ve done three loads of washing, ticket off 3 things on my ‘to do list’ and I’m half way through cleaning the kitchen.

I’m in the middle of some new movie uploads but once they are done I’m off to the pool for some laps and then I might try and go for a run on the beach – it is a high tide this afternoon but I’ll see how I go.

One of things I did this morning was setup some new ‘Speedo Photos of the Day’ on my site SwimmerBoyz.com – this guy is amazing and just looking at him in his black speedo is inspiring me to get off my butt and do some exercise. Sex drive

No I’m not talking about sex while driving – hahahaha.

Recently I’ve been trying to make the most of the end of fall, I’m running at least 4 days a week, still swimming, I’m drinking less booze and I’ve never done as much work as I have this month.  All positive things but I have noticed a definite drop in my sex drive.

This week for example – I fucked Natalie on Sunday morning and since then I haven’t had a wank.

I’m a three times a day kind of guy.

Once I finish this post I”m off for a swim and I’ll either get myself off in the showers there (hoping to get caught) or I’ll come home, tear off my speedos and cum all over myself.

But, this is definitely weird me going three days.  Maybe it is biorhythms, maybe it is the weather being a little colder I don’t know.  If it becomes a problem I’m sure less work and more scotch will be a quick fix – hahaha.

If only I had someone to cum on this afternoon…….

Back in speedos

My guests are still in town here and as such I just haven’t had any routine. Today however I sent them off snowboarding with a friend of mine and I’ve been catching up on a bunch of work and I even went for a swim.

I haven’t been for a swim in well over a week and it was great to be back in speedos. I’ve been to the pool and had a hottub with my guests but not a proper lap swim where I get to wear speedos. The feeling of freedom of diving in the pool wearing nothing but a pair of lycra speedos is so wonderful.

Even after not swimming for a week I felt like I have lost a bit of fitness (not that I feel as though I have much fitness these days). Well, this weekend is going to be a big one with the rugby on Saturday night and I’m going to take the crew out on the town for a big one. They are outta here on Sunday and I think I’m even going to write down a routine for myself.

Then I’m going to feel as good as these guys look…….

Speedo Body

Do you guys ever feel like you just need to stop and get back into a routine?

I’ve had people here and about for the last month or more now and I haven’t been doing very much exercise and on top of that I’ve been eating and drinking much more than I usual would. I really don’t feel like I’m in speedo condition. Once the current group of friends leave then I don’t have any more guests for the winter and I’m going to really knuckle down.

I think I could loose 10kgs – any tips?
