A few years ago now I had the chance to rent a beach cabin off a mate for 10 days.  I think I had just returned from visiting Kip in Colorado and I was looking forward to some sun.  Thing was, I never saw the sun.  It rained non-stop for 10 days.  I had no net connection, no car and no sun.

At the time though I was working on a revamp of my site SwimmerBoyz.com – over those 10 days I did 2 months work and got it pretty much finished which turned out to be awesome.

The same thing kinda happened on my Tahoe trip before Xmas.  Having no internet and not understanding American College Football I had a chance to really knuckly down on this new site that I am working on.  I can’t lift the lid on what it is just yet but instead of launching it in late January as I had expected, looks like I should be able to launch it in a week or so.  Don’t worry – I’ll tell you guys all about it when the time is right.

Definitely not beach weather.  This weekend I’ve done pretty much nothing but work – which is no fun at all.  Perhaps next weekend I’ll head down to Sydney and catch up with Will, I haven’t seen him since January.
