Good morning everybody, I hope you all had a good weekend.

Monday morning here on Central New South Wales coast, little bit overcast and I’m about to duck out for a swim.  I have been up for nearly 4 hours, odd for me, but I went to bed at 9pm last night and I think I was sound asleep by about 9:03pm.
