I really don’t want to leave America but I am starting to think about my next move.

I don’t have to leave and it is awesome hanging out here with Kip but I am looking forward to getting back to the beach and some non-hottub speedo weather.

My original plan was to go back to the Central NSW Coast in early Feb – the summer holidays are chaos (Dec and Jan) so I wanted to avoid them but Feb is perfect for me to come back and I should be able to find a house near or on the beach as I have done in the past.

One thought was that on my way back I’d stop in and snowboard at Lake Tahoe, I’ve driven through there but haven’t gotten to ride there and maybe drop into Japan and ride there as well.  I have some Aussie mates who are planning a trip in late Jan early Feb so I could tag along on their trip.

As you guys know, I love asian guys but I still don’t have my asian wings – I’d hope that a trip to Japan could help me out with that…..

My biggest dilemer is what speedos should I wear?

Here is what I’ve narrowed my choice down to – from top to bottom.

• Blue Print Speedo Brand with 1″ Sides.
• White DE Swimwear – having my name on them is pretty awesome.
• AussieBum Portseas with Logo on the front – these are the speedos I was wearing during a steamroom threesome which started this blog.
• White Arena speedos – maybe half a size too small and ride very nice on my hips.
• Black AussieBum League – missionary.
• AussieBum Coolabah’s – these are super see through when wet so maybe not quite the occasion.
• Red Speedo Brand speedos – everyone loves red.
• Another old favourite of mine – ADIDAS 3-stripe speedos.  These are relatively new and the lycra is beautiful.
• Today’s local paper to show that I took this photo 5 minutes ago.

I’m leaning towards ADIDAS 3-stripe, the red speedos or the black AussieBums.  Things will no doubt turn naughty later in the evening (or early tomorrow morning) but the party isn’t strickly pornographic to start with.  It is also being dubbed as my going away party since I fly out next Thursday.

Which speedos do you think I should wear?

Well, it has taken me nearly 4 weeks but I finally have my ‘American Wings’ – and keeping with the pilot scenario, I got my Wings and then some.  A flying ‘Ace’ has 5 or more…. so I’m an ‘Ace’ as well now.

I’ve never been to a party/gathering like this before but I have read about it.  There was a blog I used to read about a guy in New York who used to organise these kinds of parties and it sounded pretty hot.  After being to one – I can vouch for it that it is crazy hot!!!

I rocked up on time, it was a beautiful San Francisco house.  I was wearing my AussieBum Portsea’s (you guys know I’ve had some amazing times in those speedos) and when I knocked on the door I was welcomed by ‘Brian’, the host of the party who was wearing a black speedo brand speedo and nothing else.  Brian told me that in my honor it was a ‘speedo only’ party and that I was to strip down to my speedos and join him and some of the other guys in the lounge room.  When I entered the lounge room I was introduced to 2 other guys who arrived before me, both of whom were wearing Aussiebum speedos – one wearing the Coolabah’s which are my 2nd favourite.

The guys were really nice, and were both fans of the blog.

Over the next half hour the remaining 2 guys arrived.

The guys were all fit, a little older than me, clean cut, 2 of them are married (to women) and use these nights as their sexual release.  They all had good jobs (obviously I’m not going to divulge anything more than that) and they were all really nice.

It ended up that we were all having a quiet drink – 6 guys all wearing speedos – and I was sitting in the middle of the couch.  It wasn’t long before the guys on each side of me had their hands on my thighs.  Then they were on the front of my speedo.  From there things moved pretty quickly with Brian on his knees in front of me licking the front of my speedo.

You guys know my favourite speedo of all time is the black ADIDAS three-stripes one (the AussieBum Portsea is a very very close 2nd).  I finally found a store (in the UK) that has them.  I ordered them a couple of weeks ago and they arrived on Friday morning.  I’ll tell you more about it next week but I couldn’t believe how fantastic their service and delivery time was.  With my new speedos I was keen to go to the pool and test them out.

I don’t know anyone at the pool but there are a few familiar faces that I say hello to but that is all.  After my swim I end up walking through the exit with this guy who is quite hot, mid 30’s or so and we had that awkward – you first, no you first, no no I insist you first, thing through the door.  As we get through there he says…

“Excuse me.  This is a weird question but you were the guy wearing the black ADIDAS speedos weren’t you?”

This was absolutely not what I expected him to ask but I answered in the affirmative.

“Again, this might sound really weird but by any chance are you Dave Evans?”

I was chuffed that someone noticed my favourite speedos and I’m always stoked to meet people who have met me online so I said yeah I was.

I thought that I was happy to meet a person who reads my blog but he was over the moon!!!  He told me that he noticed my ADIDAS speedos and remembered that I loved them and put two and two together.  Turns out we chatted for about a quarter of an hour in the carpark. He and his boyfriend (of 8yrs) are big fans and joined my site SpeedosNextDoor.com after they read about the ‘Speedo’ court case thing.  Ended up he told me that he and his boyfriend/partner would love to have me over for dinner with some other gay friends of theirs that live on the coast who are also fans.

It was really nice and it was a meeting that left me feeling all warm and fuzzy – probably a good thing it wasn’t someone from the lawyers who are suing me – from the paperwork I got last night they are having trouble finding me…..

Seems like we are all on the same page in that my use of ‘speedo’ is as a generic form but I have no idea how the legal stuff works.  And, I can’t blame the Speedo Corporation or their lawyers for doing what they think is right – even if we think they are wrong.

Anyways, it is far too nice a day to be worried about these sort of things.  It is a beautiful day and you could just about water ski off the beach here.  Time for a walk and a swim – not sure I’ll be wearing white ‘swimwear’ but will be wearing my AussieBum Portseas so say g’day if you are walking along the beach.

My favourite speedo ever is the black ADIDAS speedo with the three stripes.

I don’t know why but I have always loved this speedo.  I’ve had crazier sex in my AussieBum Portsea (which made me start writing this blog all those years ago).  Thing is…. I haven’t had one of these in my speedo collection for a while.  A long while actually.
