Good morning everybody, it is Xmas morning here down under and I have a pretty quiet day on the cards.  No kids, no boyfriends, no girlfriends to do presents with for me but, that is OK.

I am just about to head down to the beach for a swim then I might even have an early afternoon nap.

Then this afternoon, I have been invited around to a friends place for a few drinks and some backyard cricket (a very Australian Xmas tradition).  Thing is, my friends sons will be there.  Last time I saw their sons was back in April and I kinda had sex with both of them (not at the same time).

One son is gay and out of the closet, the other son is completely straight and has a gorgeous girlfriend.  I’m not sure if the girlfriend will be there.

My friends (the parents) assume that I am 100% straight of course.

This is the first time I’ve seen these guys since April, it should be interesting.  It sounds like my friends have a lot of family in town and I do have a spare bedroom if either of the sons needs a place to crash I will be quick to offer…. perhaps a late Xmas Day present for me.

Wow, it has been 19 days since I last post.  That is definitely a new record….

I think I have a reasonable excuse though, I was helping out a friends family who has a farm up north and was helping with some fire mitigation stuff.  The fires didn’t end up effecting their property but they were concerned about it and a bunch of us went up and helped out for a week.

There was very little mobile phone server and zero internet access which sucked but was nice for a change.  I don’t think I’ve been offline for that period of time in at least a decade!!!

I got back home on Christmas Eve and as you can expect, I had a little bit of work to catch up on.

What did I miss?  I saw some photos of the tradition Santa Speedo Run…. I think there was one in Boston from memory.  Does it still exist?  Did it happen this year?  Have any of you guys participated in it?

I did read over the SpeedoForum.org a guy who participated in one years ago.  He is completely in the closet but just loved hanging out at the pub before and after the ‘run’ with a bunch of guys in speedos (he did mentions girls in bikinis).

I hope you guys have a great day surrounded by great people.  Today I’m up early, writing this blog post, then I’m going to go for a surf for an hour or so, then I’m having my neighbour chicks over for breakfast, mid afternoon I’m going to probably my best and oldest friend here in towns parents place for Xmas dinner.  It is wonderfully generous for them to invite me along to a family event and I’m grateful for it.

In the spirit of Christmas, I will be wearing red speedos all day (I don’t actually own a green pair).

Only Xmas eve here and it is kinda wintery with overcast skies and a few flurries.  I just spoke with a friend on the Central NSW Coast (nearly 9am there) and he said it was overcast there as well.  Bit of a shame but he said they were having a good summer thus far.

I was wondering, did anyone do an Xmas Santa Speedo Run this year?  I didn’t hear a whole lot about it but this is something that I think I need to do.  I’m not sure where I’ll be next Xmas but if I’m in the US, I think I really should do this – being the speedo enthusiast that I am of course.

Since I am in North America right now my Monday Speedo Colour post is a little later than it normally is.  Thanks to all the guys who posted their colour suggestion and this morning I saw someone suggest pink – so that is what it is.  I’ve never had a pink speedo and it isn’t my favourite colour but that is OK.

I saw on the mainstream news here last night a news story about the Speedo Santa Run – I really hope they didn’t use the ‘speedo’ name, they’ll get in trouble for that even though it is for chartiy.  I’ll grab some pics of it and post that later in the week.

My Saturday night was another huge one – I have no idea who I managed to back up two nights in a row of 5am finishes.  I’ve written half a post about it which you guys will love – I promise I’ll finish it this afternoon for you.

I’m not in the market for a Ferrari but if I was I don’t think I’d go the pink one.
