Spectacular day here in Australia, really feels like a typical summers weekend.

Temps will get into the 30C’s (into the 90F’s).

I actually have a full day of work ahead of me but I just went down to the beach for a quick swim and then made some phone calls (had to call Kip in Colorado).  For a Saturday morning I was surprised that I found a nice quiet spot to dry off.

The next week looks like similar weather, who wants to join me on the beach for more fun like I wrote about yesterday?

Yesterday I was a little bit hungover, first time in ages for me.  I’ve been super busy, exercising a bunch and I don’t have many friends here on the Sunshine Coast so I haven’t been partying too much.

Monday evening I was just working and then talking to some friends online and all of a sudden it was midnight, I hadn’t eaten dinner and I realized that I was a bit tipsy.  So I went to bed.  Tuesday morning I was a little bit dusty, I’m sure not eating dinner didn’t help.

I had to go down to Brisbane to see some people in the afternoon so on my way down I thought I’d explore a beach which has a bit of a reputation for being a nude hang out.  If you are a member and want to know the location, shoot me an email and I will share it with you.

On the drive down I grabbed some greasy Macca’s (that is McDonald’s for my International readers), I had a 2 ltr bottle of water and found a nice quiet spot in the dunes.

I stripped down to my new red AussieBum speedo and willed my headache to go away.

The greasy burger and water were helping and after a couple of hours I was starting to feel a little bit better and I felt like I had soaked up enough sun so was thinking it was time to leave.  Just as I was thinking this, I heard someone, really close.

I was on my back and I sat up to see a young couple standing like ten meters away.

They were probably late 20’s, she was wearing a black bikini, he was shirtless wearing dork shorts and they had their towels in their hands.

All three of us were like kangaroos in headlights.  We all started apologizing and I muttered that I was just about to leave so they could have some privacy.  The guy said it was OK, it was a big beach and they would find a spot a little further south.

What do you think they were doing in the dunes?

Walking away the chick had a g-string bottom on her bikini which looked amazing (they seem to be common here in Australia now) and she did look over her shoulder and give me a smile (just like this photo, but black bikini).

I didn’t think it was quite enough of a hint to be an invitation to join them, and I thought it would be weird if I followed their footsteps… what do you guys think?

On my way back to the car I just wore my red speedo, the beach was completely empty and it felt amazingly free.  I took a quick selfie for you guys too.

I feel like I’m rabbitting on about the number of guys up here in Queensland who are speedo’ing it up but it seems like every day I’m amazed.

This morning, around 10am, go for a quick swim and walking back up the beach which had a few people about, and there was one guy on his own wearing a yellow Budgy Smuggler speedo sun tanning and a guy wearing a classic navy speedo brand speedo, sun tanning next to his bikini clad girlfriend.

I’m loving this place!!!!

I had to work on my speedo tan today because there is some weather coming in and looks like a rainy few days.  That will mean that I’ll be writing about my unexpected threesome.  Keep an eye on here tomorrow.

Weather here on the coast is pretty miserable…. the beach is disappearing as well with lots of coastal erosion.

So if you guessed that I am working on my speedo than you would be very wrong.

However, just because I’m stuck in the office making more speedo porn available for you guys, doesn’t mean everyone is.

This is how I want to spend my day…. topping up my speedo tan.  Will the London weather co-operate?

I didn’t go to the pool this morning, I assumed it would be too busy.  I was surprised yesterday that the sun was on the pool so this London swimming might actually top up my speedo tan which I didn’t expect.

There is a little courtyard here, I’m not sure if it gets any sun but I might go hang out in my speedos.  I turned it on but haven’t had a chance to play with Grindr here, maybe I’ll play with it while hanging out in my speedo in the garden……

Kip has just gotten back from California, I mentioned it to you guys here a month or so ago, he was out there for a wedding and had a bit of a road trip.  We were talking this morning on Skype.  Normally we just text, we can both type faster than we can talk and generally we do talk every day even if it isn’t ‘work’ related.  Today Kip video called me because he wanted to show off his speedo tan from his trip out to California.

He said the water was cool but swimable, he was in Santa Barbara.  But the real work on his speedo tan was done hanging out at the pool while his hosts were at work.

Kip has survived a long winter in Colorado and he is stoked to get his speedo tan working.
