Finally the sun is out here on the Aussie Central Coast.

It isn’t like there has been no sunshine at all since I’ve been back but none of these gorgeous days with uninterrupted sunshine and no wind.  The water (ocean) temps are still pretty warm at about 18C but the air temp has been colder than that.

Since it is a nice day, I’m going to spend it wearing nothing but speedos.  Why not?

If you walk past my house and you see me up sitting with my laptop wearing my speedos, come up and say g’day.  You should be only wearing a speedo as well though.

Alex’s girlfriend is pretty hot and she is pretty nice.  I haven’t had too much direct contact with her but she’ll come around to BBQ’s and I’ve seen her out at the pub a few times.

Yesterday I got a message from her on Facebook.

At first I didn’t realise who it was because I didn’t know her last name.  Turns out she has to make up a promo video for work and one of the other girls in the group of friends had suggested she ask me to give her a hand.  She did speak to Alex before stalking me on the Facebook.

Tell me that isn’t a weird situation…. sitting at my kitchen bench with a girl whose boyfriend has bent me over that same kitchen bench and fucked me.  On top of that, Alex has told me what his girlfriend likes and doesn’t like.  She does like it when Alex wears speedos which is pretty hot.

The new additions to my speedo collection are pretty hot and I can’t wait to show them off in the bedroom to Alex, Kip or anyone else who is interested, they aren’t really pool friendly.

I suppose the red Arena speedos would be OK, I might try that next week, but the Turbo’s are a little too funky and from a distance, someone who isn’t as familiar or as passionate about speedo fashion as I am could mistaken them for underwear.  And I think it goes without saying that the black lycra g-string isn’t an option for lap swimming.  I think it would fall down anyway since there is no draw string.

So, my usual pool attire is a pair of black speedos and yesterday at the pool Alex and I were both wearing classic black lycra speedo brand speedos.  I don’t want to blow my own trumpet (I’ve tried, I’m not even close) but the two of us were talking out of the pool after our swim wearing only our speedos and it must have looked really hot!!!

If only people knew that we are both going to fuck Kip’s brains out next week when he arrives…. and we’ll all start off wearing speedos of course.

Yesterday I was at the pool a little later and got more of the crowd of people coming home from work.

Lots of fit guys who I don’t normally see during the day.  Since there was more of a chance of guys in the change room I decided I’d have a shower after swimming.  Normally I just put down my towel and take off my shirt and shorts at the end of the lane and jump in, then do the opposite coming out.  I don’t mind the clorine since I normally jump into the surf when I get home.

My change room idea was a dud since there was barely anyone in there and nobody was very social at all apart from the usual g’day.

I’ve had a couple of change room experiences in Australia years ago, nothing while I was in Colorado and nothing here so far….  I can still hope though.

It is great to see lots of speedos at the pool, I saw some guys wearing jammers but I don’t think I saw anyone swimming laps not wearing a speedo.

Expedia (the travel website) did a beach survey back in July and speedos were discussed in detail.

Here are some results that I thought were interesting:

• Only 7% of Aussie’s said they are ‘Speedo Lovers’ but 72% said speedos are acceptable beach attire!!!
• Nor surprisingly, only 50% of American’s said that speedos were acceptable beach wear.
• The lowest in the survey was Japan where only 29% said speedos were acceptable – kind of odd since in Onsens you aren’t allowed to wear anything.

Top 5 Countries where speedos were acceptable to wear on the beach:

1. France – 91%
2. Italy – 87%
3. Brazi- 86%
4. Sweden – 83%
5. Australia – 72%

My take from this survey, I’m surprised how many Aussie’s thought it acceptable beachwear.  My main group of mates on the Central Coast are all between 20yo and 30yo and we hang out on the beach and play cricket and I can’t imagine any of them wearing a speedo when just hanging out.  At the pool or going for an early morning swim would be fine but I don’t think they are that speedo tolerant just yet.

Last time I was a member at the Gosford pool a majority of guys wore speedos where here in Colorado and even in San Francisco where I was a member of a pool, I’m in the minority when I’m wearing speedos.

Maybe with the soccer World Cup and the Olympics down in Brazil, their love for speedos will spread north into America.

Kip and I have been tearing up Vegas, I’m lying by the pool at the New York, New York hotel so if you are reading this and near by, come on over and say g’day.

Let me start with Friday.  Kip and I had a big night and after a sleep in we went down to the pool.  There weren’t too many people about but it definitely wasn’t dead.  Neither of us were sure how speedo friendly it would be but we both ended up speedo’ing it up.  We wore board shorts but dropped them when we got in the water.  Nobody seemed to care.

What gave us a little more courage was this girl that we did talk to who was wearing a black thong bikini.  She pulled it off too with a gorgeous little bubble butt.

Then Friday afternoon the rest of the crew, including Kip’s sister arrived in town.  We all got together for some drinks and I was told that one of the girls in the group just loved Aussie guys.  Turns out she does….

Kip’s sister helped him line up one of the girls in the group as well so after a sloppy drunk Friday night fucking each other, Kip and I have spent the last 2 nights getting our pussy fix.  I’m not sure anything more crazy will come of it but you never know what happens in Vegas.

Tonight we are heading to the Mandalay Bay for dinner at some fancy restaurant on the top floor and no doubt, there will be more shenanigans.
