Happy Thong Thursday everyone, right now I don’t have a thong on but I am wearing a jockstrap.

I’ve been looking for a thong I could swim in.  So it has to be lycra and have a drawstring and I really can’t find anything.  If you know of one, or if you own a company/website that sells something like that, please let me know because I think there are lots of guys in my situation.

How is everyone surviving lock down, or coming out of lock down?

I haven’t spoken much about this because I felt it was a little bit political (I don’t talk politics on here either). I had some friends that were 100% all in on shutting down the world and doing exactly what any politician said. And, I had some friends that thought the rules were stupid, inconsistent and therefore would ignore most of what politician said.

I’m not really going to comment on what I thought but here is a selfie I took at the end of March on a section of the Australian coastline that was closed.  I was probably the only person on that beach for maybe 50kms!!!

It was weird.

There were no footprints on the beach… there is always foot prints on the beach but this beach had none since it had been closed for a month or so (footprint in the foto below are from me not getting my phone to stand up while I tried to take the speedo selfie).

I have mentioned to you guys that this Corona stuff has made me busy with looking after people with normal online businesses who needed help and it has been nice to help out.

But don’t worry, I’m still here for you guys.

Here is my tentative line up for the next few days…..

It is winter here in Australia and I often joke to some of my friends in the northern hemisphere that an Aussie winter, is better than their summer.  That statement might be a little stretch of the truth but it is pretty close.

All winter I can swim in just a speedo, the mornings can be cool but a normal day will still warm up to 25C or warmed which is perfect.

Yesterday afternoon I saw some evidence of how nice the winters are here… I was walking down to the local corner store to grab some bread and milk, walking along the beach in a pair of dork shirt and t-shirt.  Then I noticed, running towards me were two very fit young guys (college/university age), wearing nothing but tight, tiny little speedos.  One black and one fluro green.

I pretty much got a hard on then and there seeing these two guys jogging and talking and looking so amazing. I managed to get home, stripped down to my black speedos and finished the thoughts I was having about being in the middle of those two guys.

My point to this little blog post… even in winter, guys are running around in speedos.  I took the long way round to get to that point.

The fluro green speedos are pretty rare, I was once given a pair by Corka (an Aussie swimwear brand that looks to have closed down).

Wow, it is a spectacular day here on the beach. Absolutely, beautiful!!!

I feel sad that due to all the government hype, people aren’t here enjoying the beach as much as they should be. I did drive up to the grocery store this morning which was packed and I couldn’t go to the hardware store… because I couldn’t find a park.

And the government has shut down, continues to restrict, our access to the beautiful outdoors.

Thankfully, my little beach here hasn’t been shut down by Big Brother and I’ll be out enjoying it.

Today I will be wearing the first ever AussieBum’s I bought (a girlfriend bought them for me). These aren’t the original pair, they are my second or third pair of the same ones. What are you wearing today?

Late last year I was approached by a fan and member who is the official distributor for Arena in the Asian region.  He was just seeing if I might be interested in his Asian/Japanese Style Arena speedos.  I said sure and ordered a pair of black, size 38 (a size and a half bigger than I wear in say ADIDAS).

I expected them to take a while to be delivered so I had them sent to Kip here in Colorado.  So, when I arrived last week, they were waiting for me.

I totally love them and haven’t barely taken them off since I first put them on (Kip might have pulled them down to get access to some of my parts of course).

I’m going to order some more and I can get a discount if anyone else is interested.  They took nearly a month to be delivered to the US (which sucks) but it was worth the wait now that I have them.

They are available in Red, Navy and Black (I’ve got the black, will be ordering Navy and Red for me) and sized 28 to 38.  Again, I went a size and a half larger, could gave gone two sizes larger and they would be fine.

Asian style speedos I’ve ordered in the past have been close to like US$50 which is too much for me and this guy has offered me them for US$30.  I think that is pretty good.  I’m going to pass that on to you guys and if you are a member, I’ll pay the shipping.
